Would you believe that I first set up this blog on 02/08/2019? That’s almost 5 years ago. And what have I done with it since then? Nothing.
Well, I made 1 post almost 4 years ago, and that was it. But that changes today! Post #2, here we go!
So, what has happened in the almost 4 years since I last decided to first put fingers to keyboard? –
- I got a first class Bachelor’s degree in Forensic Biology and also won an award for my final year research project.
- I have had 3 more job losses since losing my first job back in August 2020. In case you are wondering, I was made redundant twice more and fired once.
- My best friend, and ex housemate, bought her first house (got it below the asking price too).
- My brother has submitted all of his work for his PhD and is waiting for his results.
- 1 of my mum’s cats disappeared the day before mother’s day. They were reunited 5 weeks and 2 days later when 2 teenagers found her under a bush, half her weight and terrified, and 3-4 miles away from my mum’s house.
- I’ve been to a fair few gigs and have been to Download twice (I had only been to 1 gig prior to uni).
- I have kind of become addicted to Sky Children of the Light. For any other sky kids out there, I started playing halfway through the season of passage.
- Road works…so many road works.
Anyway, with that little catch-up out of the way, I’m gonna say goodbye for now. As I’ve said before, I don’t know what I’m doing, but I’ll at least try to post something else within the next 4 years.
